Our Story
La Guada started as La Guada Birria in Parañaque, quickly earning a loyal following for its bold, authentic Mexican flavors. The love for birria tacos spread across Metro Manila, leading to the opening of La Guada Mas at Rockwell Center — a more elevated dining experience with branch-exclusive dishes.
